CanLII Manual to British Columbia Civil Litigation (new)

This manual has three main parts: (1) Areas of Law Pathfinders, (2) The Guide to Civil Procedure at the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and (3) Annotations of the BC Supreme Court Civil Rules and Court of Appeal Rules. The publication is written for a wide range audience, including the public.

Enhance Access to Safety for International Students (new)
This booklet provides legal education, sexual violence awareness, and community resources for international students in remote/underserved areas in BC. It includes information on the law and consent, reporting sexual assault to the police, legal protection options, and human rights law.

Pets (newly added to Clicklaw)

Legal Services for Muslim Women (new)

The program aims to provide culturally appropriate legal services coordination for Canadian Muslim women seeking legal advice and counsel on family law issues. It is a one-stop referral service designed expressly for Canadian Muslim women to address their unique needs resulting from complexities related to Canadian and Muslim family laws.
