  • RDSP Information Session Level 1 (Webinar)

    • What: Beginner RDSP workshop for those who want to learn what an RDSP is, who qualifies, how to apply for the Disability Tax Credit, and how to open an RDSP. This is best suited to people who want to learn the basics of RDSPs and get general information about the plan. No background knowledge needed to get the most out of this workshop.

  • Sexual harassment in the workplace (Webinar)

    • What: What is sexual harassment in the workplace? What options do you have if you think you or a colleague are being sexually harassed? Do you need to go to court? How do you “prove” it? And what if you don’t have money to hire a lawyer? For answers to these questions and more like them, join People’s Law School to explain what sexual harassment in the workplace is, what options you have, and where you might find support.

  • WorkSafeBC Handling of Workplace Sexual Harassment Claims (Webinar)
    by SHARP Workplaces and CLBC
    • What: Learn about how WorkSafeBC handles workplace sexual harassment and assault claims in this 1.5-hr webinar. This presentation will cover the intake and adjudication of workplace sexual assault and harassment claims as well as how WorkSafeBC handles civil actions against perpetrators of sexual assault under the subrogation provisions of s. 130 of the Workers’ Compensation Act.
