Provides a set of guidelines to support Gladue report writers in preparing reports to submit at bail and sentencing hearings for Indigenous people. Includes a checklist, a glossary, an extensive bibliography, Gladue report templates, a guide to citation styles, and an orientation guide.

Provides a set of guidelines for lawyers who review Gladue reports for legal accuracy before reports are submitted at bail and sentencing hearings for Indigenous people. Includes a checklist and a bibliography of legislation, cases, publications, and online sources
