  • Changes to the Lobbyists Transparency Act – Implications for the Nonprofit Sector (Webinar)

    • What: The LTA is meant to increase transparency with respect to who is lobbying the BC government. This legislation has broad implications for the sector. It removed previous thresholds on lobbying activities that organizations were able to undertake in support of their mandate without triggering reporting requirements.
