by Seniors First BC and Vancouver Coastal Health- What: This interactive presentation introduces the importance of staying connected. It discusses the risk factors associated with social isolation and loneliness, the correlation with decreased well-being, and reminders and resources about how we can do our part to stay connected with loved ones in our lives. This is an in-person event held at Westwinds Senior Living, 38275 3 Ave Squamish.

- Everyday Law Series: How You Can Get Free Legal Information and Services (In-Person and Webinar)
by AC Friends of Court- What: This event is presented by AC Friends of Court in partnership with Vancouver Public Library. AC’s volunteers help you understand legal procedures and complete paperwork. The in-person is held at Vancouver Public Library Kensington 1428 Cedar Cottage Mews. There’s a 20-seat limit. You can attend via Zoom as well. The presentation will be delivered in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
