Clicklaw featured in Nelson Star column on rights and responsibilities

Anne DeGrace is a librarian at Nelson Public Library, and writes a regular column for the local newspaper (as well as a number of popular novels). As a result of a recent LawMatters training for public librarians, Anne heard about a new resource on Clicklaw that was a perfect fit for questions in her community concerning the Occupy movement and other protests: Protesters’ Guide to the Law of Civil Disobedience in BC.
