by UBC Indigenous Community Legal Clinic in collaboration with CLBC- What: This 2-hour webinar will explore some of the history of Indian Day Schools in Canada, leading up to the recent Class Action for Survivors of Indian Day Schools. The presenters will cover a brief history of Indian Day Schools in Canada, followed by an exploration of the Claim form that survivors need to complete. This will be a practical guide for helping clients fill out the Indian Day School form.
