Every person has the right to be free from discrimination whether they are renting or buying a place to live, or participating as a member of a group like a strata or a housing co-op. This is an interactive session and you’ll learn about your rights and responsibilities as they relate to housing.

- To Zoom or Not to Zoom: Virtual AGMs in 2022 (Webinar)
by Vantage Point and PLEO- What: Are you planning for a fall AGM? If so, you may need to hear some updates! The Court and the CRT have recently decided that electronic AGMs can only be held where they are allowed for in the bylaws. If your bylaws do not specifically allow for virtual meetings you may need to rethink what kind of AGM you will have. You’ll come away understanding what you need to do to change your bylaws or whether you can relax and enjoy the view.
