Informal Family Trial Pilot – Kamloops Registry (New)
As of May 16, 2022, informal trials are being tested in Kamloops, BC. This webpage provides resources that you can use to learn more about the informal trial process, including how to prepare for one.

Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (New to Clicklaw)
Explains that all people have a right to a safe workplace free from bullying, harassment, and unwanted sexual attention. It explains possible legal options if you don’t feel safe at work. Discusses taking time off and what to do if you’ve lost income. Includes a list of helpful resources.

What’s First Nations Court (Updated)
This fact sheet for Indigenous people explains restorative justice and Indigenous knowledge and traditions at First Nations/Indigenous Courts, what a healing plan is, how to get a case heard in these courts, where they’re located, and who can help, including duty counsel.
